HOW TO USE

MAGIC CLAY

Use according to the directions on the product packaging.

Because clay and activated charcoal may affect the absorption of medicines and other supplements, take Magic Clay at a different time of day from them.

GUT RESTORE™

Adults only.

Take 2 capsules before bed with a glass of water.

For occasional, short term use only.

Do not exceed the recommended intake.

ELEMENTAL DRAW SOAK

Add the recommended amount to a warm bath and soak for approximately 20 minutes.

For targeted external use, mix a small amount with water to create a clay paste.

Follow the directions on the packaging, particularly when using with children.
